   There is no going back to the land of the supernatural once the gods have been proved by the residents of the natural. This lack of natural proof is why the supernatural remain supernatural.

   A better debate: If God Exists, Does It Matter Our Lives?
   
   It's funny to me that both atheists and any given group of theists (let's go with, Four Square Gospel Christians) would debate the meta-question "Does God Exist?", when clearly for the FSGC it actually matters more that he not only exist but does so as the entity that they have imagined.
   
   If god exists, but doesn't listen to prayers, perform miracles, give laws, expect obedience, yearn for worship, and offer eternal bliss, then that god matters not at all to the FSGC (again, I use this group only as an example here. It's the same for each and every group of Christians and pseudo Christians as it is for every sub-group of Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc).
   
   Whether god exists or not, there is no empirical evidence for what state that god exists in, or what he is up to. So why pretend to have the answers?
